| 摘 要： | 针对移动通信网中大量的、分散的基站需要采用计算机进行远程监控，提出了一种基站集中监控系统软件的设计方案。详细的介绍了系统的总体结构、系统的接口和通信协议的设计。通过对该系统的初步测试和运行，它能够使基站管理中心的工作人员及时、准确地获取基站的运行状态，并对其实行监督和管理，确保了基站的可靠运行，提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | Accounting for numbers of and decentralized base stations needed long-distant monitor by computer in the mobile communication network, the article has putted forward a software design planning for central monitoring system of base station. The system structure and interface as well as communication protocol were introduced in details in the article. The system has been passed preliminary test and running, it can help the workers of the base station management center to obtain the status of base stations timely and accurately, and make supervising and management of the status , which can ensure the base station run normally and improve the efficiency. |
