MG系列采煤机主油泵的可靠性仿真

摘    要:为了对MG系列采煤机主油泵进行可靠性分析,探讨提高其可靠性的途径,进而提高采煤机的工作可靠性,运用计算机随机模拟方法对其进行可靠仿真,得到主油泵各项可靠性指标.仿真结果表明,工作油液污染是主油泵发生故障的主要原因,提高主油泵零部件表面处理硬度及硬化层深度和滤油器的精度,可以降低油液污染所带来的危害.同时,仿真结果也为主油泵的维护和检修提供了依据.

Abstract:In order to carry out the reliability analysis of the main pump of MG series coal mining machine the way of improving its reliability is discussed so as to raise the coal mining machine's working reliability. Running reliability emulation is made with computer stochastic simulation method and the main pump's reliability index are obtained.The simulation result indicates that the oil pollution is the main reason for the troubles of the main pump.Enhancing the main pump's spare part surface treatment degree of hardness and the hardened level depth and the oil filter precision may reduce harm which the oil pollution brings.Meanwhile simulation result provides basis of main pump's maintenance.
