| 摘 要： | 主要介绍对新研制的风幕集尘风机的样机特性进行了具体的测试与分析，并简单介绍了其结构原理、使用条件，介绍了样机的测试方案、仪器、仪表及调风方法。由于风幕集尘风机特殊的结构，其特性曲线也较特殊。本文只介绍了其测试特性的方法与结果，并对其特性进行了分析。认为风幕集尘风机样机所形成的短路流畅符合预计效果，设计、制造满足应用要求，达到了预期目的。

| Abstract: | The measurement and analysis are mainly introduced for the model ventilator of windscreen dust-collecting ventilator that is newly developed. Its structural principle is briefly introduced with its working conditions. At the same time, the measurement project, apparatus, instrument and airflow-adjusting method are also introduced for the model ventilator. Because of its particular structure, its characteristic curve is also very special. The method and result are only introduced for its characteristic in this paper, and its characteristic is analyzed that the formed short-circuit airflow field complies with the predicted effect. The design and manufacture all satisfy application requirements. The expected purpose is reached. |
