真空联合堆载预压在杭州湾大桥南接线的应用

为了对杭州湾跨海大桥南岸接线高速公路的深厚软土地基进行有效的加固,采用了真空联合堆载预压的处理方法.通过施工中的监测与质量控制,证明该方法具有产生固结变形大、速度快的优点,对于处理沿海地区深厚软基是一种经济有效的方法,并且在路堤填筑时能保持地基稳定,可以加快填筑路基的速度,缩短施工期.同时,为了研究新型的排水材料,本工程在国内首次将钢丝透水软管作为竖向排水体用于地基加固,通过实施过程中的孔隙水压力和沉降监测结果分析,可知透水软管也具有较好的处理效果.

Application of vacuum and weight preloading in southern joint expressway of bridge over Hangzhou gulf

In order to reinforce the foundation of thick and soft earth of the southern joint expressway of the bridge over the Hangzhou gulf preloading is used.The supervision during the construction and quality control prove the advantages of great solidified deformation and high speed.This method is an economical and effective one for treating deep and soft foundation on the coastal area and this method can keep the foundation stable during the road dyke filling construction so that the speed of the filling construction of road foundation is quicken and construction period is reduced.At the same time,in order to study a new type of drainage material,permeable steel wire flexible pipes are used as a vertical drainage body to reinforce the foundation.Through the analysis of the results and void water pressure and subsidence monitored,it is known that the permeable flexible pipes have better treatment effect.
