| 摘 要： | 针对目前现有混炼设备存在的不足,设计了一种新型叶片式混炼机,通过不断的调试,解决了存在的问题。介绍了该叶片式混炼机的设计原则。说明了该叶片式混炼机的工作过程和结构特点,指出了设计过程中应注意的问题。此设备已投入金属注射成形实验中,效果良好。

| Abstract: | In view of the defects of the available mixing devices, the author designed a new-style blade-mixing roll, and the solved existent problems after debugging. The article introduces the design principle of this blade-mixing roll and explained its working process and design feature; the article also points out the problem in the design procedure. At the present time, and the device has been used in the test of MIM, the effect is good. |
