| 摘 要： | 针对资源枯竭城市产业转型及接替产业的选挥中遇到的问题,采用理论分析与建模方法进行研究,提出在资源枯竭城市发展特色产业,重新构建城市经济竞争力,带动经济的发展.根据资源枯竭城市特色产业的特点从产业比较优势、产业专业化和产业竞争力三方面设计了指标体系,并用改进的完全基于数据计算的多目标决策模型--最优脱层法进行特色产业的选择,给决策者在产业选择时提供更可靠的参考.
