摘    要:为了分析集流环结构对淬火炉内两相流流场的影响,以常压高速氮气和雾化水混合物喷射淬火炉内的复杂流场为研究对象,采用Mixture两相流数值模型,利用CFD数值模拟软件FLUENT对其进行了数值模拟分析。分析了不同集流环角度和尺寸时对淬火炉内的流场的影响。研究结果表明,淬火炉内的流场非常复杂,内腔、外腔及集流环附近存在回流。集流环的角度对出口流速影响较小,而集流环内部直径影响较大。数值模拟结果表明,所设计的淬火炉对淬火介质的流动具有加速作用,可以实现对试件的快速冷却。
