| 摘 要： | 通过综合评价指标体系,对2005年全国副省级及以上城市综合协调发展水平进行评价,利用协调度模型对经济、社会、环境三个子系统内部协调度进行分析,并构建协调发展度模型对城市的两两子系统的协调发展度及综合协调发展度进行研究。结果显示,部分城市虽然经济水平很高,但其协调发展情况较差。主要是某一子系统发展水平较差,再根据协调度模型可以追溯到影响该子系统的主要因子,为政府解决问题、协调发展城市提供重要决策依据。

| Abstract: | Through integrated evaluation index system,the coordinated development degree of Vice-provincial cities and the cities directly under the jurisdiction of the country is evaluated in 2005.Based on coordinated degree model,the coordinated degree of economic,social,environmental subsystem are analyzed.Furthermore, the model is designed for the research on coordinated development degree between each subsystem and the overall coordinated development degree.The result is displayed that some cities' economic development is very fast,but their development is lack of harmony,the main reason of which is that the development of one or other subsystems is low.Moreover,main factors can be found through the coordinated degree model,which provides government important decision-making supports for more harmonious development. |
