摘    要:矿山开采排出废水、废气、废矸石等废弃物对环境造成污染,对生态产生破坏,对经济造成损失.为使矿业持续发展,维护经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一,必须采取有效措施,如研究单一煤层集中开拓、集中准备、集中回采的开采技术,采用全煤巷布置,杜绝或减少出矸量;井下设充填硐室,将采掘的矸石充填采空区,实现肥料不出窿;废料资源化等,实行矿山无废开采.使矿产资源开发和矿区发展走向可持续发展的健康之路.

Abstract:Castoffs such as waste rock, waste water and exhaust gas produced by coal mining pollute environment, destroy ecology and economy. In order to make mining steadily develop, protect economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit unification, we must take efficiently measures, carry out none-waste mining, such as concentrating on development, preparation and mining technique in one seam; adopting full coal roadway laying out to prohibit or reduce waste rock; installing fill-in department where waste rock can be put; making garbage be resource etc. It can make mineral resource exploitation and mine development embark on the road of sustainable development.
