| 摘 要： | 介绍了消防监督检查手持工具系统的开发思想和主要模块构成。该系统解决了消防监督检查中的失控漏查、尺度不一、功效不高等问题。使用该系统可以极大地减少消防监督检查所用时间，规范消防监督执法行为，约束消防监督员按照规定程序实施监督检查活动，避免失误。对提高消防监督队伍的业务水平、工作效率和管理水平，促进消防监督工作，减少火灾损失，具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the development thoughts with regard to the hand-held system in fire fighting supervision and inspection and its main structure of module. The system solves the problems encountered in the process of fire fighting supervision and inspection, which include losing control and failing to report, different standards and low efficiency. Using this system can greatly reduce the time of supervising and inspecting, standardize the enforcement of supervising and inspecting, restrain the supervisors to carry out supervision and inspection according to the regulations and avoid mistakes. This system has a deep influence on improving the efficiency and level of management, promoting the supervision and inspection in fire fighting and reducing the loss from fire. |
