| 摘 要： | 文章介绍主叫用户识别技术的基本原理，在分析了目前接警系统中主叫信息丢失原因的基础上，提出一种应用主叫用户识别技术与计算机系统、数据库技术相结合的接警系统方案，并给出了此方案的硬件设计和软件设计。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of the caller ID is introduced in the paper, On the basis of analysing the cause of losing information of the receiving-alarm system, a receiving-alarm system plan of combinating ID technique with computer system used to the caller and dare base technique is put forward, and the hardware/software design of this plan is offered. |
