| 摘 要： | 价值工程是一种技术与经济相结合的现代管理技术，它是国家重点推广应用的现代化管理方法之一，运用价值工程能够较好地处理技术与经济、质量与成本、功能与费用之间的关系，对提高产品质量，降低物质消耗和成本，提高企业的经济效益有着很重要的意义和作用。针对现代煤炭企业的经营方式和管理模式，引入价值工程理论体系，运用价值工程的方法，结合实例说明价值工程在降低煤矿综采设备使用成本中的应用，深入推广价值工程理论在煤炭系统的应用。

| Abstract: | Value engineering is one of the modern management technologies that combine technology with economy, which has been widely popularized and applied in the country. Application of value engineering may well deal with technology and economy, quality and cost, function and expenditure. It is important and necessary for enhancing quality of production, decreasing consumption and cost, raising economic benefit of enterprise. In allusion to running method and management mode of modern coaling enterprise, value engineering system information is introduced and method of value engineering is applied. This article expounds the application of value engineering in reducing using cost of fully mechanized mining equipment with an instance. The theory of value engineering will be widely popularized in mining system. |
