摘    要:研究了如何将多协议标签(GMPLS)与光突发交换(OBS)高效地结合及协调地工作,使GMPLS为OBS网络控制和管理提供良好的技术手段,给出了基于GMPLS的OBS网络结构模型,讨论了GMPLS-Based OBS网络中动态信道共享策略,并阐述了控制信息与数据传输机制和GMPLS-Based OBS网络节点功能结构。针对性地讨论了GMPLS在路由、信令、链路管理协议上进行增强和扩展等问题。通过仿真对DS-OBS,GMPLS-based DS-OBS和GMPLS-TE based DS-OBS等3种网络进行了性能对比,结果表明,GMPLS控制面技术在OBS网络中的应用,能有效地改善OBS网络的性能。

Abstract:The efficient integration and cooperation between optical burst switching (OBS) and generalized multi-protocol label switching (GMPLS), using GMPLS to provide good technical method for control and management of OBS networks, are studied in this paper. At first, the architecture of GMPLS-based OBS networks is proposed. Then two spare-resources sharing policies are described, and the transmission mechanism of GMPLS control information and optical burst data and the node functional model of GMPLS-based OBS networks are expatiated. More discussions in this paper focus on the signalling, routing, link management which could enhance and extend the OBS-capability based on GMPLS. At last, some simulations are carried out to evaluate the performance improvement of GMPLS-based OBS networks in terms of packet drop probability. The results show that the integration of GMPLS and OBS can improve the performance of OBS networks.
