| 摘 要： | 本文从结构框架、指标设置、价格机制、分配手段和经营体制等方面,分析了现行邮电经济核算制恪守传统社会主义经济理论,套用产品经济模式的实质及其弊端;提出邮电经济核算体制应坚持在以公有制为基础和国家对公用通信网保持控制权的前提下,大胆吸收和借鉴国外邮电经营模式的成功之处,使我国邮电通信的发展与社会主义市场经济相适应。
