脉冲电磁辐射对癌细胞的影响

摘    要:通过对Hela细胞及艾氏腹水癌细胞进行电磁脉冲鼾,可以看到照射后HELA细胞较对照组有明显变化,且变化随照射时间的增加逐步显现、加强。艾氏腹水癌细胞经脉冲电磁场照射后摄取^3H-Td的量明显高于对照组,而且照射时间不同,对3h-tdr摄取量也不等。从而为电化学治疗癌病的理论研究提供科学的依据。

Abstract:After the treatment for the HeLa cells and the Ehrlich ascites cells by electromagnetic pulse, the HeLa cells have been greatly changed in contrast with the comparing group, moreover, the longer of the radiation time is, the stronger the change will be. The amount of tapping the abdomen 3H-thymidine is much more than that of the comparing group and varies with the length of radiation time. Thus the scientific basis of the electrochemistry treatment for cancer can be formed.
