| Abstract: | In this paper the theory of network economy is deeply and systematically studied through analyzing, inducing and summarizing the conception and character of network economy and studying the macro economics and microeconomics theory of network economy, and at three aspects the challenges brought by network economy are discussed by analyzing the conditions for the development of network economy and its effect on current economy formation. |
