| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a synthetic evaluation index system for development and evaluating new products, combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with grey system theory, and works out a new decision making method for developing new products which can be used as a reference for enterprises to manage the development of new products. |
