| 摘 要： | 作者根据ＩＴＵ－Ｔ七号信令系统技术规程和我国国内电话网Ｎ０．７信号方式技术规范，介绍了七号信令的格式和编码，接着讨论了信令程序，提出了一种实现七号信令设备ＴＵＰ呼叫测试的方案。
