| 摘 要： | 通过对常州市30岁以下外来工调查,发现目前80后、90后外来工中的幸福指数随着学历的增加反而在下降,针对这一现象,利用Saaty的层次分析法建立了幸福指数和学历的量化模型,得出了目前外来工幸福感与学历成反比的一致结论。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation and study of migrant workers whose ages are under 30 in Changzhou city,we found that the Happiness Index of ＂after 80＂ and ＂after 90＂ were declining with increasing degree of education recently.By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process,we established a quantity model of relationship of the Happiness Index and the degree of education,and the same conclusion was provided finally. |
