| 摘 要： | 我们的社会已经进入计算机网络技术飞速发展的时代 ,普及计算机文化、提高计算机应用水平应成为一般本科院校非计算机专业计算机基础教育的重要任务。对当代大学生的计算机基础教育 ,应面向应用 ,从素质教育入手 ,加强程序设计能力的培养以及处理好相关的各种关系和矛盾。为了加强计算机基础教育 ,还应采取一系列教学改革措施 ,加大资金投入力度 ,稳定师资队伍 ,尤其要重视充分利用计算机网络技术改进教学手段、提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | Today,the technology of computer network develops at very fast speed. Popularization of thecomputer culture and improvement of the level of computer application should be an important task for the computer basic education of the non-computer-science professional undergraduates in average college. For strengthening the quality education,undergraduate computer basic education should face the problems of the application of computer,enhancement of the ability of a programmer and disposal of all kinds of rela-tions and inconsistency. To further the computer basic education,we should adopt a series of reform measures,increase the investment and stabilize the teaching staff. It is very important to improve the teaching measures and the teaching quality via the technology of computer network. |
