摘    要:对高职院校学术科研型教师成长过程与成才典型的调查分析表明:强烈的科研成就渴望、浓厚的科研氛围与榜样导引、良好的科研训练、持之以恒的科研信心、学校的支持与政策激励是学术科研型教师成才的五大要素。对这些要素进行研究与探讨,可以为有志向学术科研方向发展的教师提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract:The survey on growth process and successful models of academic-based teacher in higher vocational colleges indicates five essential factors to be talented.They are:strong desire for academic achievement,generous academic atmosphere,fine scientific research training,and persistent confidence in scientific research,college's support and policy encouragement.This paper deals with these five key factors separately and supplies useful guidance to the teachers who tend to be academic researcher.
