摘    要:试从高等教育的质量、效益、机制等方面对高等教育产业化进行探讨--以"产业"的思维方式研究人才的质量标准,适应"用户"需求,注重培养"关键能力",强化实践能力,突出个人特色,保证人才培养质量;教育必须讲效益;学生不仅是消费者也是参与者、创造者,学校应尊重和保护学生作为消费者的权益;让投资者成为盈利者;建立"需要者出钱"和"有钱者出钱"两种机制.

Abstract:The essay attempts to explore the industrialization of tertiary education concerning education quality, efficiency and mechanism-a study of the standard of qualified students based on industry ideas to meet the demands of employers, focus on cultivating "key abilities", strengthen practical ability, highlight individuality and thus guarantee quality. Education should concern efficiency and protect students' intere-sts so that they benefit from it because they are not only consumers but also participants and producers. Two mechanisms are to be established that "users invest and the rich contribute".
