论新形势下券商的研究

当前国内券商的研究还处于粗放经营阶段,面临着进一步提高研究水平和改善研究成果利用效率的紧迫任务。能否从粗放经营阶段尽快进入到新的集约经营阶段,将关系到券商的研究力量到底能不能真正构成公司核心竞争力的重要组成部分、从而成为推动券商长期发展的重要力量源泉。如果还停留于当前的阶段,国内券商研究部门对公司核心竞争力的影响将仍然相当微弱,在券商竞争优势的构架中难以占有一席之地。只有实现了进一步的提升,才可能使研究部门成为券商长期发展所不可或缺的一翼,并为证券公司的各项业务拓展提供强大的推动力。
