溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级半导体微晶非线性光学玻璃

摘    要:纳米级半导体微晶掺入玻璃可产生非线性光学性质 ,其量子尺寸效应非常明显。用溶胶_凝胶法制备半导体纳米微晶玻璃具有工艺简单和所得产品纯度高、均匀性好的特点。本文对溶胶_凝胶法制备纳米级半导体微晶玻璃的方法及其性能测试的新进展进行综合评述。

Abstract:Glass doped with nano_scale semiconductor particles has obvious nonlinear optical properties and the quantum_size effect is large.The preparation of nano_scale semiconductor doped nonlinear optical glasses by sol_gel process is simple and the product is pure and identical. The method of preparation and determination of such glass has been reviewed.
