| 摘 要： | 随着我国全民健身运动的深入开展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对体育休闲运动的需求越来越高,排舞作为一项新兴的群众性体育运动越来越受到大学生的喜爱。针对排舞的主要特点,分析了排舞对促进大学生综合素质、个性发展、团队精神等方面的作用,对在高校公共体育课程中开设排舞项目提出了可行性的建议。

| Abstract: | With the promotion of the National Physical Fitness Program and the improvement of people＇s living standard,line dance appeals to more and more people,especially college students.With its distinguishing features,line dance caters to needs to enhance students＇ overall qualities,to promote individual development and to cultivate teamwork spirit.Suggestions are put forward as to incorporating line dance into college physical education curriculum. |
