紫外光谱法测定水中硝酸1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑的含量

摘    要:用N-甲基咪唑和氯代正丁烷反应,制备了离子液体中间体氯化1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑.以丙酮为反应的溶剂,用硝酸钠和氯化1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑合成了硝酸1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑室温离子液体,优化了合成的条件并对影响产率的因素进行了研究.离子液体的吸收曲线用紫外光谱法测定,并且测得了标准工作曲线.结果表明,离子液体在水中紫外光谱最大吸收波长是224 nm,标准工作曲线的线性方程为y=0.025 59x+0.009 42,其线性相关系数为0.999 76,回收率在96.0%~100.2%,用紫外光谱法检测水中离子液体含量方法简单、快速且测定结果准确可靠.

Abstract:In the paper, the intermediate of RTIL, 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium chloride was prepared by N-methyl imidazole and alkyl halide. 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium nitrate room temperate ionic liquid was synthesized in acetone by NaNO3 and 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium chloride. The synthesis conditions were optimized and the factors affecting the yield were studied. The absorption curve was measured by ultraviolet spectrum and the standard curve was drew. The results show that, the maximum absorption wavelength was 224 nm in water by UV-Spectrum and the correspondence coefficient was 0. 999 76, the recovery rates were between 96. 0% and 100. 2~. The method in measuring content of ionic liquid in water by ultraviolet spectrum is simple, rapid, accurate, feasible and reliable.
