摘    要:句本位理解是一种有碍篇章的正确理解的阅读理解方式.笔者通过一次问卷调查发现,以不注意句子之间的语义联系为主要特征的句本位理解方式在学生中相当普遍,这应该引起教师的重视.文章分析了句本位理解的弊端,探讨了在英语课堂教学中引导学生克服句本位理解习惯的方法.

Abstract:Sentence-oriented reading is a harmful practice that hinders the correct understanding of English texts.For the reason that such a practice seems to be quite common among English learners,as was indicated by a questionnaire investigation,the present article analyzes its deficiencies and proposes the possible ways of how teachers can bridge the gap between sentence-oriented reading and the more desirable text-oriented reading in classroom English teaching.
