| 摘 要： | 文章从因素分析法、根源特质说、智慧液晶说以及卡特尔16种人格因素调查表等几方面介绍了卡特尔的人格特质理论思想，阐述了卡特尔的特质理论对心理学人格研究和智力研究的深刻影响，分析了卡特尔的理论不为人们熟悉的原因，并对卡特尔人格理论的积极成分和局限提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of factor analysis method,source trait theory,crystallized intelligence theory and Cattell's sixteen Personality Factor Test(16PF Test),this paper gives introduction and comments on Cattell's theory of personality trait,elaborates its profound effects on personality and intelligence research and analyzes the reason why this theory is not known to the world.Furthermore,the author also sets forth her own views on the theory's active elements and limitations. |
