| 摘 要： | 高等学校教师劳动的有效管理是提高教学质量的重要因素，也是高校管理中的一道难题，文章提出：高校管理者要管好“该管的事”，不管“不该管的事”，要把激发教师的内在积极作为高校教师劳动管理的根本，同时也要实施有效监督。
