| 摘 要： | 和谐学术生态建设作为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,已受到社会各界的广泛关注。大学学术生态系统同自然生态系统具有相当程度的同构性,竞争与共生是大学学术生态系统主体间协同进化的重要形式,开放与平衡是大学学术生态系统主体与环境间协同进化基本状态。在学术主体与主体之间、学术主体与环境之间的协同进化机制作用下,能不断完善系统结构,增强系统功能,提升大学学术生态系统竞争力。
