| 摘 要： | 尊重和保护隐私是对人的自由和尊严的尊重和保护,也是人类文明进步的一个重要标志。但是20世纪以来以网络、手机、DV为代表的新媒体在颠覆传统的体制性传播的同时,也因为人类普遍存在的好奇心和窥私欲以及新媒介中个体责任的分散化、无理性化而更多关注和传播他人隐私。从某方面来说,隐私丧失在媒介技术发展的背景下具有其必然性,而人又有对与安全与自由有关的隐私的需要,二者构成了一对充满张力的矛盾。要解决问题需要法律、技术以及人文素质教育的共同努力。
