高校多校区和谐校园运作模式探讨

随着我国高等教育规模化的发展,许多高校都出现了多校区运转的办学模式,但在统一的多校区运转中,出现了许多不统一的现象,影响高校和谐校园建设。通过系统动力学的思想,分析高校多校区运作中的主要失衡现象,提出了加强多校区运作的整体性、校园文化的融合性、资源配置的合理性、人力资源管理的和谐性、学生管理的情感性、教学管理的适应性等和谐校园的建构途径,以此来推动高校和谐。
