Comparing the fundamental standard of "world factory",this study shows that our country now is Absolutely not in the stage of "world factory",and it is rather difficult to build "world factory" independently.Through the analysis,author further indicates that one of the manners to overcome the above difficulty is to permit foreign capital M&A internal capital,to integrate our enterprises into the value chain of supranational corporations 's globalization by means of introducing M&A foreign capital,so as to join self-industrialization to introduced-industrialization and link up the domestic "world-wide production base" with the foreign "world-wide technology innovation base".
