| 摘 要： | 国家是一个具有多重属性的事物.首先,国家具有自然属性,土地和人口是一个国家不可或缺的组成要素.其次,国家具有社会属性,它是一种社会共同体.再次,国家具有政治属性,这也是国家的最本质属性,它体现为政治统治.根据国家的上述属性,可以把国家定义为:国家是建立在一定规模领土和一定数量人口基础上基于政治统治关系而确立的社会共同体.

| Abstract: | There are some properties in country.Firstly,there is natural property in country,because land and people is necessary to country.Secondly,there is social property in country,and country is a community.Thirdly,there is political property in country,and it is the essential property,which embodies in political ruling.According to these properties,country may be defined that country is a community establishing on the basis of political ruling and specially land and people. |
