| Abstract: | In glutamic acid fermentation,the optimum operation curves of temperature,pH and airflow rate were determined comprehensively in theory and in practice. On this basis, a new method of evolutionary operation(EVOP) was proposed to study the optimum operation curves in the process of fermentation. |
