地铁车站叠合墙内衬墙混凝土施工优化及开裂原因分析

摘    要:为解决地铁车站叠合墙内衬墙混凝土开裂渗水问题,以福建省厦门市轨道交通6号线杏滨站和董任站工程为背景,研究地铁车站叠合墙内衬墙混凝土施工优化及开裂原因.根据内衬墙的实际开裂情况,研究内衬墙混凝土的不同现场坍落度、混凝土的不同强度等级、跳仓浇筑法、冷却管技术和施工分段长度等施工因素对内衬墙开裂的影响情况.结果表明:叠合结构内衬墙所受约束作用的强弱、混凝土水泥水化的温度效应,以及施工分段长度是引起内衬墙开裂的主要原因;各施工因素对提高内衬墙抗裂能力的重要性依次是跳仓浇筑法、冷却管技术、混凝土现场坍落度、混凝土强度等级和施工分段长度.

Abstract:To solve the problem of cracking and seepage of the lining wall concrete of the composite wall in subway station, Fujian Province Xiamen City rail transit line 6 Xingbin station and Dongren station projects are takend as the background, the construction optimization and cracking reason of the lining wall concrete of the composite wall in subway station are studied. According to the actual cracking situation of the lining wall, the influence of various construction factors on the cracking of lining wall is studied, such as different site slump for the lining wall concrete, the different strength grades of concrete, the sequence casting method, the cooling pipe technology and the length of construction section. The results show that the cracking of the lining wall is mainly caused by the strength of the restraint action, the temperature effect of concrete cement hydration and the length of construction section; according to the importance of construction factors to improve the anti-crack ability of the lining wall, the ranking list is sequence casting method, cooling pipe technology, site slump for concrete, the strength grade of concrete and the length of construction section.
