| Abstract: | Beginning with a review on the background of business process reengineering, the authors put forward the activity relationship of business process depicted by Petri net and settle the conflict relationship by leading in dummy transition; and construct a Markor chain corresponding to the established stochastic Petri net so as to carry out performance analysis of system. |
