摘    要:设计一种参数可调的加筋板结构简易实验装置,可根据需要对加筋板的加筋条数、加筋位置、加筋条材料、加筋条尺寸等加筋参数进行调整,研究不同加筋参数对结构整体性能的影响效果.基于该装置,选取3种不同加筋位置对平板结构进行加筋处理,并对加筋平板结构的低频隔声性能进行测试,尤其对不同加筋位置的作用效果进行分析,验证加筋参数对结构低频隔声性能的影响.研究结果表明:仅调整加筋位置这一参数就会对平板结构的低频隔声性能有所影响,尤其对声传递损失曲线的谷点频率有重要影响.

Abstract:A parameter-adjustable stiffened plate structure system is experimentally studied. The stiffening parameters, including the stiffener’s number, stiffener location, stiffener material and stiffener size, can be easily adjusted in the experiment to investigate the stiffener effects on the structural property. The measurement of the low frequency sound insulation performance of the stiffened plate structure system is then carried out. Three different stiffening locations are used in the measurement to examine the effects of stiffener location on the low frequency sound insulation performance. The results show: single parameter of the stiffener’s location has significant effect on the low frequency sound insulation performances of the plate structure system, especially on the valley frequencies of the system’s low frequency sound transmission loss curve.
