摘    要:提出一种基于微机实现加工中心运动仿真的有效方法 ,使几何验证环境按照由简到繁的层次化建模方式来实现 .给出用于实现 5轴数控加工中心运动仿真的二叉有向构造图 ,以及结构运动特性矩阵 .将加工中心的几何结构信息和运动方式信息 ,有效地统一在一个矩阵中 ,方便了运动仿真算法对数据的处理 .又给出了基于该环境的运动仿真实例和复杂曲面 NC程序验证效果 .运行结果表明 ,该解决方案是在微机上实现复杂曲面 NC程序验证的有效方法 ,能拓展 NC程序验证系统的应用范围 .

NC Program Verification of Structure-Motion Characteristic Matrix and Its Effect
Abstract:A PC based method is presented for realizing effectively motion simulation of machining center. The method is characterized prominently by the hierarchical modeling of the environment of geometric verification in a way from simple to complex. The authors give here the binary directed structural diagram and the structure motion characteristic matrix for realizing motion simulation of 5 axis NC machining center, by which the information of geometric structure and the information of motion pattern from machining center can be effectively integrated into one matrix and the data processing by algorithm of motion simalation can thus be facilitated. In addition, the author give here an example based on motion simulation of this environment and also the effect of NC program verification of complex curved plane. As shown by result of operation, this settling plan is an effective method for realizing the NC program verification of complex curved plane on PC, it extends the application of NC program verification system.
