| 摘 要： | 风土特征表达着建筑的意义，体现着场所精神，对人类的生存和发展起着重要作用，以泉州市东美花苑规划为范例，分别介绍工程概况，整体布局，道路体系，绿地及小品设计，风土特征再现，着重阐述居住小区中如何创造舒适，优美的生活以及在建筑布局，建筑造型中如何体现风土特征，指出风土特征具有在改造外来文化时凝聚当地艺术的潜力，应当成为当今闽南建筑在世界化背景下的立足点。

| Abstract: | Characteristics of local conditiom and custon express the significance of architecture and the spirit of a place.It plays an important role for the existence and the development of humanity.Taking the planning of Dongmei garden as an example,the author describes respectively a survey of engineering,global layout,road system,greenery patches,a short piece design,and playback of local condition and custom.Emphasis is placed upon how to create a comfortable and a graceful life in residential district and how to embody the characteristics of local conditions and customs in architectural layout and architectural mould.The characteristics of local conditions and customs have the potentiality of condensing local arts during the transformation of alien culture.It should be the foothold of the architecture in South Fujian against the world background. |
