聚丙烯酸系高吸水材料羧基的性能测定

摘    要:研究聚丙烯酸-粘土高吸水复合材料中羧基的测定方法,结果表明,该吸水材料中羧基的质量分数与复合材料的组成、制备时丙烯酸的中和度等有关,羧基钠的吸水性能优于羧基,羧基钠与羧基的协同吸水性能优于单一基团,当羧基钠和羧基的质量分数分别为0.70和0.30时,复合材料的吸水性能最好。

Abstract:The present work centers on the method of determining carboxyl group in polyacrylic acid/clay composite material with high water absorbency. As shown by the results, the content of carboxyl groups in this superabsorbent material relates to the composition of the composite material and neutralization degree of acrylic acid during preparation; COONa group has a water absorbency better than that of COOH group; COONa group and COOH group have a coordinated water absorbency better than that of single group; and composite material with 70% COONa groups and 30% COOH groups reveals a best water absorbency.
