摘    要:作为变工况下管内两相流与传热特性研究的实例,本文研究了热力发电厂除氧器滑压运行过程中的动态特性,分析了滑压运行时除氧器需要的安全余量达到最大值所需的时间,推导出最大安全余量的计算公式,计算过程中考虑了下降管中汽液两相流的存在,并以均相流模型计算了下降管中的压降,所得结果不但具有理论意义,而且可供热力工作者在设计和运行时参考。

Abstract:In relation to the two-phase flow and the heat transfer character in a pipeline under chang- ing operating condition, the authors present a case study. The present work covers a study of dynamic performance of a deaerator used in a heat power plant during sliding pressure operation; an analysis of the time required for operating deaerator to reach maximum safety margin; and a formula derived for calculating the maximum safety margin. In calculation,the presence of gas-liquid two-phase in descend- ing pipeline is taken into account,and the pressure drop within it is calculated in the light of a model of homogeneous flow. In addition to theoretical stgnificance, the results may serve as a reference for the engineer of heat engineering.
