内配螺旋箍筋方钢管高强混凝土柱的轴压试验

摘    要:为研究内配螺旋箍筋方钢管高强混凝土柱的轴压性能,对内填混凝土强度为112 MPa的3个内配螺旋箍筋方钢管混凝土(SCCFST)试件和1个方钢管混凝土(CFST)试件进行单调轴压加载,试验参数为螺旋箍筋的体积配箍率和屈服强度.结果表明:相较于CFST试件,SCCFST试件的轴压承载力基本没有提高,但峰值后性能有明显改善;每一次螺旋筋的断裂会导致SCCFST试件承载力显著下降;SCCFST柱承载力实测值与CFST柱承载力计算值的吻合程度较好.

Abstract:In order to study the axial compressive behavior of high-strength concrete-filled square steel tube columns with internal spiral stirrups, three square spiral-confined concrete-filled steel tube(SCCFST)specimens and one square concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)specimen with internal concrete strength of 112 MPa were subjected to monotonic axial compression, the test parameters were volume stirrup ratio and yield strength of the spiral stirrups. The result shows: by comparison with CFST specimens, the axial bearing capacity of SCCFST specimens is not improved, but the post-peak performance is improved significantly. Each rupture of the spiral stirrups decreases significantly the bearing capacity of SCCFST specimens. The measured value of bearing capacity of SCCFST column agrees well with the calculation value of bearing capacity of CFST column.
