宽幅高速公路沥青路面车道 结构响应差异化数值分析

摘    要:为了研究宽幅高速公路渠化交通荷载对沥青路面车道结构响应的差异性,结合某改建高速公路的交通量,分别对行驶客车的轻载车道和行驶货车的重载车道的交通荷载进行累计轴次换算.通过沥青路面结构分析软件和数值模拟方法,对不同工况下的沥青路面车道结构响应进行计算和分析.结果表明:实际工况的轻载车道沥青路面的非弹性变形为重载车道的68.0%,但轻载车道与重载车道无机结合料稳定层的疲劳开裂寿命近似相同;实际工况的轻载车道沥青路面的非弹性变形为设计工况的82.5%,实际工况的重载车道沥青路面的非弹性变形为设计工况的121.3%.

Abstract:In order to study the difference of asphalt pavement lane structure response caused by channelized traffic load of wide expressway, combining with the traffic volume of a reconstructed expressway, the cumulative axle times conversion is carried out for the traffic load of the light load lane for passenger cars and the heavy load lane for freight cars. Based on the analysis software of asphalt pavement structure and numerical simulation method, the asphalt pavement lane structure response under different working conditions is investigated. The results show that the inelastic deformation of asphalt pavement in the light load lane under actual working condition is 68.0% of that in the heavy load lane, but the fatigue cracking life of inorganic binder stabilized layer in the light load lane is approximately the same as that in the heavy load lane. The inelastic deformation of asphalt pavement in the light load lane under actual working condition is 82.5% of that under design working condition, and the inelastic deformation of asphalt pavement in the heavy load lane under actual working condition is 121.3% of that under design working condition.
