摘    要:由于逆变电源中大量谐波分量的存在,高速异步电机转子槽中的集肤效应现象更加严重.因此,在电机设计和分析过程中.必须准确考虑集肤效应对转子参数的影响.首先,采用有限元法分析不同转子槽形的集肤效应系数.在此基础上,利用有限元法精确计算结果.提出一种人工神经网络的非线性映射能力预测电机转子集肤效应系数的新方法.该方法能够快速、准确的给出不同槽形、不同频率时的集肤效应系数。

Abstract:Owing to the existence of enormous harmonic components in the inverter, the phenomenon of skin effect in high speed asynchronous motor becomes even more serious. The influence of skin effect on rotor parameters must be accurately considered. The authors analyse at first the skin effect coefficient on rotor slot of different shapes by adopting finite element method; and then predict the skin effect coefficient of motor rotor by a new method which combines nonlinear mapping ability of artificial neural network with finite element method. By this new method, skin effect coefficients of different slot shapes and different frequencies can be accurately given.
