PE-g-MAA在PA1010/PE合金中的增容作用研究

摘    要:研究PE-g-MAA(聚乙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸)或GPE在PA1010/PE(尼龙1010/聚乙烯)合金中的增容作用.结果表明:合金中GPE与PA1010反应形成了PE-g-MAA-g-PA1010增容剂,它影响了PA1010-PE合金的结构,改善了其力学性能.

Abstract:With the help of elemental analysis, infra-red spectrum, differential scanning calorimetry and testof mechanical property, a study is made on the compatibilication of PE-g-MAA (polyethylene grafted methylmethacrylic acid) in PA 1010-PE(nylon 1010-polyethylene) alloy. As shown by the results, PE-g-MAA reacts with PA 1010 in the alloy to form the compatibilizer PE-g-MAA-g-PA 1010 which influences the structure of PA 1010-PE alloy and improves its mechamical property.
