紫外分光光度法测定竹节参中微量元素硒的含量

摘    要:采用湿法消解处理了来自中国不同地区的竹节参药材,调节pH将Se6+还原成Se4+,Se4+与邻苯二胺络合,用紫外分光光度计在335nm波长下,测定了样品中硒的含量.结果表明:湖北恩施地区竹节参药材中硒的含量最高,其中建始县和咸丰县竹节参药材中硒的含量分别为1.68 mg/g和1.52 mg/g.此法操作简单、灵敏、快速、稳定,可作为竹节参中硒的微量测定.

Abstract:Wet digestion technique was used for processing Rhizoma Panacis japonnici from different regions in China. PH was regulated to reduce Se6+ to Se4+ and Se4+ was complexed with o-phenylenediamine. The selenium content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry under 335 nm. The results indicated that the content of selenium in Rhizoma Panacis japonicus from Jianshi and Xianfeng Country of EnShi was 1.68 mg/g and 1.52 mg/g, respectively,among the highest found in China. This method was simple, sensitive, fast,reproducible and was especially effective in determining trace selenium in Rhizoma Panacis Japonnici.
