扶芳藤芳香类成分

摘    要:为研究扶芳藤(Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz.)藤茎部分的化学成分,利用系统溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱色谱法、制备HLPC法进行了分离和纯化,采用谱学技术(NMR谱,MS,UV等)进行了结构鉴定.结果表明:从扶芳藤氯仿提取物中分离得到5个芳香类化合物,分别鉴定为:(1)3-吡啶甲酸,(2)4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(丁香酸),(3)3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(没食子酸),(4)3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(原儿茶酸),(5)丁香脂素.首次从该植物中分离得到化合物1-3.

Abstract:To Study on the chemical constituents in the cane part of Euonymus fortune,the compounds were isolated by the solvent extraction,silica gel,and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HLPC chromatography.The structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods including NMR,MS,UV,etc.Five aromatic compounds were isolated and purified from the CHCl3 fraction and identified as(1) 3-pyridine carboxylic acid,(2)3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid,(3)3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic ac...
