摘    要:合成了一种新的C,N-配位型环金属化钌染料敏化剂Ru-1,通过核磁共振氢谱以及红外光谱对该配合物进行了表征.由紫外-可见吸收光谱表明:该配合物的金属到配体的电荷转移跃迁(MLCT)吸收最大可达546nm,比传统的明星染料N3(Ru(dcbpy)2(NCS)2],dcbpy=2,2'-二联吡啶-4,4’-二羧酸)红移约10nm,且摩尔消光系数提高了约1.5倍.由此说明该配合物在长波方向表现出比N3更为优良的吸收性能,这对提高染料敏化纳米晶太阳能电池的光电转化效率十分有利.

Abstract:A new C, N-coordinated cyclometalated ruthenium sensitizer Ru-1 was synthesized and characterized by 'HNMR and FT-IR spectra. The UV-Vis spectra Showed that the MLCT (metal to ligand charge transfer transition) absorptions of Ru-1 was centered at 546 nm. Compared with N3 ( Ru(dcbpy) 2 (NCS)2 ], dcbpy = 2,2'- dipyridyl-4,4'- dicarboxylic acid) , it is red-shifted 10 nm with its molar extinction coefficients increased about 1.5 times. These data showed that the absorptions of Ru-1 in the red region is better than that of N3, which is favorable to enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
