摘    要:应用Fe^3+氧化-EDTA返滴定法测定了卡托普利的含量.探讨了反应温度,反应时间,酸度等对测定的影响.实验结果表明:卡托普利的平均测定含量为99.58%(RSD<0.4%),平均加标回收率为99.68%(RSD<0.5%).与药典法比较,测定值基本一致,而RSD小于药典法,可排除片剂中共存物的干扰.

Abstract:The captopril tablets was determinated by Fe~(3+) oxidation-back titration with EDTA.The influence of reacting temperature,reacting time and pH was discussed.The results showed that average content of the captopril in tablets was 99.58%(RSD<0.4%) and that average recovery was 99.68%(RSD<0.5%) by determination with this method.In comparison with the pharmacopoeia method,the content of captopril was almost same by this method,but the RSD was smaller than that the pharmacopoeia method.The disturbance of concomitant matter in the captopril tablets was eliminated.
